Comments from another landowner

The following are comments I received from another landowner:

Here are some thoughts I would like to ask ( The board ??? or the park population ) for some reasonable consideration , some trial allowances, recognizing a sincere effort to be considerate of other park residents in the process of a do-it-yourselfer spending weekends or occasional weeks at a time working on their property.

• Consider relaxing restrictions on camping if there is an obvious effort and progress on lot cleanup ?

• For working people to spend time doing cleanup and site planning but not able to set up and take down a camp each trip to their Forbes Park property , plus hauling out firewood, slash, equipment. etc.

• Consider allowing a camp set up to be used during the summer season, without having building permits ... which expire before work can be completed due to the short season.

• Consider allowing a tool shed to be put on the property to house and secure equipment & tools before other improvements . The result would be much faster progress toward the ultimate plan of a dwelling and other property enhancement .

• The increase in tax revenue and property values seem obvious when clean up and building progress happens.
